When you message us by text, WhatsApp, Instagram or email, we receive the information you choose to share.

Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited and how you arrived at our site (for example, an ad or a search). If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta Pixel, they may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and the results of our advertising.

While you fill in the estimate, your answers are saved on your own device so you don’t lose them. You can clear them at any time with “Start over”.

To prepare your estimate and quote, schedule and confirm your cleaning, communicate with you about your request and appointment (including reminders and follow-ups), handle payments, improve our website and service, and measure our advertising.

Text messages

If you agree, we may text you about your request and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not sell your phone number.

Payments

Deposits are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the payment.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as payment processing, scheduling and customer-management tools, messaging, hosting and analytics, and when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us at jazzlynespinoza435@gmail.com.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
